What is the status of my account?
To view the status of your account, you must follow the steps below:
Desktop:
To view the status of your account, you must follow the steps below:
- Click on your Settings located at the top right section of your screen
- Click My Account from the drop-down menu
- Locate Account Status and then click the View Account Status link
- The current status of the account appears first on the next page along with the Transaction History (Payment History).
Mobile browser:
- Click on me on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen
- Click settings under your photo (it might ask you to verify your password before continuing)
- Locate Account Status and then click the View Account Status link
- The current status of the account appears first on the next page under “My account status is:” along with the Transaction History (Payment History)
App:
- Click on me in the bottom right of your screen
- Click on settings located under your photo
- Locate Account Status, and it is located first next to “Status:”
