How to clear your browser's cache and cookies
Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can resolve most browser-related issues on our site. Here are instructions for the most common browsers used on our site:
Microsoft Edge
1. Open Edge.
2. Click on the three-dot icon on the in the browser toolbar.
3. Click on "Settings".
4. Click on "Privacy and services" under "Settings".
5. Click on "Choose what to clear" button under "Clear browsing data".
6. Under "Clear browsing data", click on "Choose what to clear".
7. Check off "Browsing history", "Download history", "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
8. Click on the "Clear Now" button.
Google Chrome:
1. Open Chrome.
2. Click the three-dot icon in the browser toolbar.
3. Select "Settings".
4. Scroll down and click "Clear browsing data" under "Privacy and security" section.
5. In the "Privacy and security" section, click on "Clear Browsing Data."
6. Select the "Advanced" tab.
7. In the drop-down menu for Time Range, choose "All time".
8. Check off "Browsing history", "Download history", "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
9. Click the "Clear Data" button.
Firefox:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Click the three-line icon in the browser toolbar.
3. Click on "Library".
4. Click on "History."
5. Click on "Clear Recent History".
5. On the dropdown for "Time range to clear," select "Everything".
6. Make sure the checkboxes for "Cookies" and "Cache" are selected.
7. Click on "OK".
Safari:
1. Open Safari.
2. Select "Safari" from the menu bar.
3. Select "Preferences".
4. Click on "Privacy".
5. Click the "Remove All Website Data" button.
6. Click on "Remove Now".
