In general, if you're having trouble with our app, then you should check your mobile app store to see if a new version of the app is available. We’ve found that downloading the latest version of our app resolves most issues our members have.
If you need to contact Customer Care about a technical issue with the app, then it's good to know what version of the app you're currently using. This is one of the things we'll ask you about when we're trying to diagnose and resolve the issue.
You can find your current app version on your Settings page in the app. Simply log in to the app, go to your Settings, and scroll down to the very bottom of the page. You'll find your app version there.
You can also go into your phone's App Settings or in directly from the app store, and check the information for our app.
