I have a question about how I was billed
If you are wondering about a charge on your credit card or bank statement, you may look up your transaction history by completing the steps below:
Desktop:
- Hover over the Settings button in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click the My Account button from the drop-down menu.
- Locate Account Status, then click the View Account Status link.
- The current status of the account appears, along with the Transaction (Payment) History
Mobile browser:
- Click on me on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen
- Click settings under your photo (it might ask you to verify your password before continuing)
- Locate Account Status and then click the View Account Status link
- The current status of the account appears, along with the Transaction (Payment) History
